Subscribed steam mods not downloading

Installing a mod consists of downloading the .spmod file (or .spmod-android on might not be available when jumping in to the game immediately after subscribing. When a mod you have subscribed to in the Steam Workshop is updated,

I checked my A3Launcher and it appears newly subscribed mods or updated mods are not downloading. I have enough free space on my SSD. It started around the middle of Dec until now. For example the RKSL mod recently uploaded sits in the QUEUE waiting to be downloaded but it never does.

Since I work from home from time to time, I had scheduled Steam to download while I sleep. When I turned the download schedule off, all my subscribed mods i relanched running as admin. i subscribed to a mod waited a litttle bit lanched ark. Once on ark on the main menu in the coner it said it was installing one mod. i then when into host/local. where it said waiting for steam client to start mod download. i was unable to refresh mods during this time. :( and it has stayed like this for a while This should prompt steam to download/redownload any mods you are subscribed to. This usually works for me, especially when I know an updated mod is available, since those little "mod update" tages haven't been showing up for me in over a month. Just thought I would share some advice for an annoying bug with Skyrim and the Steam Workshop not working as intended, as I think it's a common problem but I can not for the life of me find people talking about it. Are mods officially endorsed by Steam or the game's developers? Unless specifically stated otherwise, mods are created by fans in a game's community for their fellow players. Does this really have to be the case? I run a dedicated server that a bunch of mates play on, not open to the public (Yet!) I would like to use the workshop mods, however I don't want to have to pay for the full game just to use the dedicated server files with the workshop content so it stays up to date?

Steam makes it easy to find and try these mods for any game in your library that Developers are not typically involved with mods or their creation, other than
